Prices:

- Prices may vary on the difficulty of the order. Yes, a full body is 45$ but if your character has 4 wings, 20 colors and 5 tails, the price is increased.

- working of description adds 10$.

Payment:

- All payment through PayPal.

- Transaction will never go through the ''friends and family'' option. The buyer protect fee is included in the current pricing. Don't ever ask for payment through the ''friends and family'' option, I will never do this.

- I will ask payment before I start doing a sketch. A minimum of 50% of the total price is required. The other half must be payed in a 2 month period. I will not go further than the flat coloring stage if the other 50% is unpaid.

- Payment in USD

- When payment has been sent, you are bound to this ToS as a legal contract.

- Taxes included in the price.

Refunds:

- I can work with deadlines. If I somehow miss your deadline (so MY fault) I can refund 50% of the payment as compensation.

- Never will I fully refund your commission without proper reason given. When the payment has been sent you will be bound to the contract and a refund will no longer be possible.

- You don't like the end result? Sorry you are NOT getting a refund. I send loads of ''work in progress'' pictures. Those will serve as checkpoints where you can ask for changes.

- I am human and you can always talk to me when unfortunate financial real life events happen. However I will never give a refund without proof of such events. Example: your pet needs medical attention. I wish to see official proof of that. A signed vet statement or a receipt. A photo of your cat does not count as photos can also be taken of the internet. This includes X-rays.

The process:

- As follows:  -> Payment -> sketch -> checkpoint -> Linework -> checkpoint - Flat color -> checkpoint -> FINISHED PRODUCT

- Extra wips may be send if you like having them, but when the queue is full, I will need to move fast and won’t be able to wait for your answer or approval. So, if you want this I need to know before payment is send.

- I can only make big adjustments in the sketch stage. I can no longer change the pose or add objects once the linework is in progress.

- I will make changes or add objects 3 times for free. After that a 10$ fee will be charged for a change, no matter the stage the commission currently is in. This does not apply for reff-sheets. Reff-sheets are granted 5 changes.

 

Personal:

- Don't rush me! My commissions generally go pretty fast. I can give a general idea of when it's going to be finished. Or send the Queue list. But do not ask me every day how far I am. This will result in annoyance which will affect the commission itself.

- Give clear information regarding the commission. I only need the information to complete the commission. Don't send me a book of your character, this will lead to unnecessary confusion.

- Give clear approval on the check points. I need a clear ''yes'' or ''no'' to avoid complications in the process.

-Tell me when something is off or wrong!

-Sunday and wensday my business is ''closed''.

-I have the right to decline a commission without any reason given.

 

Physical products

- Color difference is something that will always occur in a print, with my expertise in the printing industry I always try to go as close as possible to what you see on screen. However, this is almost impossible with the equipment that I have. This is no reason for a complaint and I will not give a refund if this occurs.

- Photos will always be made for approval before sending the product to its destination.

- None of my products are real silver or gold, unless stated otherwise in the add. They are not suited for people with skin allergies and I can't be hold accountable for any health issues.

- Necklaces, rings, chains are not made for rough handling. I will not be held accountable if they break and/or get lost.

Sending products

-All products include standard shipping price unless stated otherwise.

- Tracking code or priority mail available but consumer is obligated to pay the cost.

-Damage during sending can happen unfortunately, if this occurs and you have solid evidence (unpacking video recommended) I will send out a new product or give a 25% refund option.

- Lost during sending, unfortunately stuff gets lost during sending. If it has been longer then 1.5 months and the product has not arrived, I will make a new one or offer a 25% refund.

- I can send a receipt when the product is shipped.

- I have animals in the office, if you have a severe cat or dog allergy please let me know and I will make sure no animal hair makes it into the packaging.

Privacy

- During the commission I will never expose any name or product without permission.

- When sending there will be a return address on the back of the envelope, this address is to remain secret and destroyed at all times, any publication of the address will lead to a legal action.

- Products and information will be stored on a hard drive. I am the only one with access to the files.

- If requests are given involving matters like, child pornography or terrorism, I will warn the authorities.

 

Publication rights

- When you buy it, you own it. However, you may never claim that you made the artwork yourself. If used in a portfolio to apply yourself for art related jobs and or collages this will lead to legal action.

- All uploaded artwork on my end will contain my watermark. Only I have the original file to the watermark, thus proving that I am the original creator. Only customers will get a copy without a watermark. It is however your own risk if you upload without the watermark.

- Work may never be uploaded without my or the consumers permission.

-Work may never be used for selling items like t-shirts, hoodies, blankets without my permission. This will lead to legal action.

Adoptables / characters

- All bases, and rights to the base belong to me, unless stated otherwise.

- Adoptables/characters may be resold for real currency, this includes dollars and euros.

- Upon sending payment I have no more rights to the character and all rights are transferred to the buyer.

- I am allowed to reuse my bases unless stated otherwise on the adoptable/character in question.

- No more mention of me is required.

- A version with my own watermark is also send, the buyer may decide if he/she wants to use that version.

-Uploading without watermark is the buyers own risk.
